I tried several times to do this drive, what to do, which is just get the storage of data. Immediately after installation, I have embedded a test drive with the BIOS of the computer in the test / diagnostic function. After 2 +-hour test, it seems to be over. Immediately, I tried 2 different hard drives to clone utilities that work seamlessly on another drive that I use to be cloned. Both programs have failed, and both reported several “No connection to the sector write xxx” messages at the end of the operation. Since these drives are great, everyone is trying for over an hour was all. I have to do a total of more than 12 hours of my precious time, something that seems so simple. I bought this hard drive to use in a portable eSATA box. The player does not work even with Windows 7 I tried to know in two separate eSATA boxes, in which I work from other readers. This disk is not initialized and is not recognized by Win7. If you buy this, for use in an eSATA enclosure, I suggest you select another drive. Rating: 1 / 5
