I bought the thing for my wife who uses a trackball with your laptop. But I never saw that you also use an external keyboard, making it unusable for them. I only use a desktop, so it may be obvious to another mobile user. I use it on my desk for a comfortable typing angle. Provides good air circulation and provides class. I do not want to spend $ 45 on other classes to “brand” for my MacBook Pro.
