I bought this adapter for extra power in the case of my original power supply does not work anymore, like so many others. Now I leave the adapter in my work, so I did not get back home and away. Holds approximately twice per week, HQRP stop charging my laptop, but it seems enough of a trickle charge to recharge my Toshiba offer. The battery charge percent drop as fast as it was on battery power alone. To correct this, I think I can pull the HQRP the wall for about 30 seconds, then back, and most of the time it will start charging again. This is fine, until I catch the problem before the battery is full. In addition, my Toshiba with power supply 100 watts of power, but was advised that HQRP AC 75 watts.
